Checking Out Schools –

When you want to check out a prospective school there are a number of ways to do research.  Some of the best ways are to speak to the students and check out their facilities.  A visit to the dining hall and the student union was a top 5 suggestion in a recent US News article.  The article also suggested taking a tour of the community and sitting in on a class.  It might not be a bad idea to pay the gym a visit and talk to some students in that type of setting.  Spending a little time in the library on your visit would also be a good idea for a prospective student.  The gym and the library are two places on campus that students are likely to end up spending a great deal of time.
